But also the best year of my life
Friends gathered around at every party
Chatting away, talking about the years gone by

Now its 2005
At all the parties I go to
I start listening to all the chat
Wishing I could go back in time
Live my happy memories again
Experience what I missed

But forever gone is the year 2004
And as time goes by
2004 will be even further away
Kept alive by only our memories
